How the Wordle solver works
Type a letter into each tile, then click the tile to cycle its color: gray means that letter isn't in the word at all, yellow means it's in the word but not in that position, and green means it's confirmed correct. Leave tiles blank for letters you haven't tried yet. Hit Solve to filter the dictionary down to every word consistent with what you've learned so far.
You can update tiles as you go — after each Wordle guess, add your next word and mark its colors, and the result list narrows further based on everything you've entered so far. Combining a gray letter with the same letter marked yellow or green elsewhere is handled correctly too, matching Wordle's own rule that a gray tile only means "not in this position" when that letter also appears elsewhere in your guess.
